Go2 Long Term Disability (2 – 9 employees)

Long Term Disability (LTD) coverage can make all the difference for someone who is experiencing a debilitating injury or illness. For employers with a small team, options are available with Kansas City Life Insurance Company. Employers may choose to provide an LTD benefit plan of 60 percent to a maximum of $6,000 monthly all guaranteed issue with either a 90- or 180-day elimination period. If the top three wage earners qualify, a maximum of $7,500 is also available.

As with our other Go2 products, Kansas City Life does not require evidence of insurability provided employees enroll timely.

As an added benefit, Kansas City Life’s LTD plan includes an extensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP program includes up to five face-to-face visits per issue, per year for each member and his or her dependents.

The Go2 LTD product may be offered on an employer-paid or voluntary basis.
