We start by offering a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000 which protects up to $100,000 of an employee’s annual earnings. Employers may then choose either a 90- or 180-day elimination period. Two different benefit schedules are available depending on industry classification. No medical exams or evidence of insurability is required.

Coverage includes:

  • Partial disability benefits, encouraging disabled employees to return to work
  • Waiver of Premium Benefit
