Select Trust Plus STD

Even small employers should consider providing Short Term Disability.

Our Select Trust Plus Short Term Disability (STD) plan allows employers to provide this benefit at a reasonable cost. Choose between benefit choices of 60 percent of weekly base earnings or a flat amount, or a combination of the two. No medical exams or evidence of insurability is required.

Coverage includes:

• Maternity covered same as any disabling illness
• Maximum weekly benefit of $750
• Option of 13- or 26-week benefit period
• Pre-existing condition benefit
