With Kansas City Life Insurance Company dental plan, employers can build the right plan for their employees. Employers may elect from the traditional indemnity plan or the PPO plan. The indemnity plan allows employees to seek services from any provider. The PPO plan allows employees to choose a network provider to see additional cost savings. Dental plans are available with $500 to $2,500 calendar year maximums.

All plans include, but are not limited to, routine exams and cleanings, X-rays and fluoride treatments. Other services may include fillings, extractions and emergency palliative treatment. Services such as crowns, bridges, dentures and oral surgery are also covered.

In addition, employers may elect a plan that includes implants, orthodontia and even cosmetic services.
