More importantly, you can get directly to the person you need, as every client is assigned a specific customer service representative and we provide that person's name, phone number and email address. We encourage our clients to contact us any time there is a question regarding their coverage. However, as times continue to change, we understand that some clients may wish to handle things on their own and that is why we have made a client dashboard available.
